- Be Collaborative: Support your fellow learners, share knowledge generously, and contribute positively to group activities and discussions.
- Be Inclusive: Welcome all participants regardless of age, ethnicity, gender identity, nationality, religion, disability, or experience level.
- Be Constructive: Provide helpful feedback, ask clarifying questions, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
- Protect Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of others. Do not share personal information, session recordings, or proprietary materials without permission.
- Communicate Clearly: Express yourself honestly and directly while being mindful of cultural differences and language barriers.
๐ซ Unacceptable Behaviors
The following behaviors are not tolerated within the Nexus Learning community:
- Harassment & Discrimination: Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation based on personal characteristics or identity.
- Offensive Language: Use of profanity, slurs, sexual language, or content that demeans, threatens, or marginalizes others.
- Disruptive Behavior: Intentionally interrupting sessions, monopolizing conversations, or preventing others from participating fully.
- Academic Dishonesty: Plagiarism, cheating, misrepresenting work, or helping others engage in dishonest practices.
- Privacy Violations: Recording sessions without permission, sharing others' personal information, or unauthorized use of course materials.
- Inappropriate Contact: Unwelcome advances, stalking, or continuing to contact someone who has requested no contact.
- Misuse of Platform: Spamming, promoting unrelated products/services, or using Nexus resources for unauthorized purposes.
๐ข Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it promptly. All reports are taken seriously and handled with discretion.

During Sessions: Use the private chat feature to contact your instructor or coach
Anonymous Reports: Submit through our online reporting form (available in your learner dashboard)
- All reports will be reviewed within 48 hours
- We maintain confidentiality to the extent possible while conducting thorough investigations
- Retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited
- We provide support and resources to those affected by conduct violations
โ ๏ธ Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in consequences proportionate to the severity and frequency of the behavior:
- Warning: A formal written warning documenting the violation and expected corrective actions.
- Temporary Suspension: Temporary removal from sessions, community forums, or platform access for a specified period.
- Permanent Removal: Termination of enrollment and permanent ban from all Nexus Learning programs and platforms.
- Legal Action: In cases involving threats, harassment, or illegal activity, we may involve law enforcement or pursue legal remedies.
We reserve the right to take immediate action when necessary to protect the safety and well-being of our community.

Nexus Learning instructors and coaches are expected to:
- Model respectful and professional behavior at all times
- Create inclusive learning environments where all students feel welcome and valued
- Provide constructive, supportive feedback that encourages growth
- Address conduct issues promptly and appropriately
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with learners
- Protect student privacy and confidentiality
- Report serious violations to Nexus Learning administration
