Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions about our company.

How do I pay for my course?

  • Individuals: We operate on a 100% prepayment basis. Once you select your unit, you can pay via our secure online payment gateway. Access to your lessons is granted after the payment is confirmed.

  • Corporate Clients: We provide services based on an invoice. Standard payment terms are 21 working days from the invoice date. Please contact our B2B team to set up your corporate account.

Are there any hidden taxes or fees? No. The price you see on our website is the final price. All applicable taxes (including VAT where required) are already included in the listed price.

How long is a "Learning Unit" valid? Each unit is valid for 50 days from the date of activation. We recommend scheduling your 10 lessons within this window to ensure steady progress.

What happens if I can't attend a scheduled lesson? To respect our instructors' time, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from your unit balance.

What does "Stackable Units" mean? Our courses are modular. You start with one unit (10 lessons). To continue your progress toward the next level or certification, you simply purchase the next unit. This allows you to learn at your own pace without a massive upfront commitment.

Do I need prior coding experience for the Python course? Not at all! Our Python Programming (PP-01) unit is beginner-friendly. We start from the absolute basics of syntax and logic.

What software do I need to install? For Python and AI courses, we will guide you through setting up a free environment (like VS Code or Jupyter Notebooks) during your first lesson. All you need is a stable internet connection and a computer.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? In accordance with the Russian Consumer Protection Law, individual clients may terminate the contract at any time. We will refund your prepayment minus the costs of lessons already conducted and any documented administrative expenses incurred.

Will I receive a certificate? Yes. Upon successful completion of the required number of units and a final assessment, Databulance LLC issues a digital certificate of completion.
